Fabian Fontaine
Personal Trainer & P-DTR Specialist

I started Core Motion Lab on one belief: no guessing — just the right assessment and metrics to build a programme that's truly yours. Sustainable results beat quick wins that fade.

Before personal training, I spent a decade coaching track and field and tennis — ten years reading bodies in motion. Then five years as a PT, coaching 50+ clients through real transformations in how they looked, moved and felt.

But some clients had chronic pain that wouldn't shift, no matter how well we trained. That led me to P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex therapy), a neurological approach that treats the root cause of dysfunction, not the symptom.

Today, Core Motion Lab brings it all together: science-led training, full movement assessment, and neurological reset through P-DTR.

How we get you moving pain-free

Every client goes through the same four steps. No guessing, no random workouts.

1

Assess

We map your movement and physiology before programming anything.

2

Reset

We fix the limiting system first. P-DTR for movement, nutrition for physiology.

3

Rebuild

We load progressively. Strength, conditioning, and composition shift here.

4

Sustain

Movement capacity and body composition become self-reinforcing.

Three systems. One outcome.

We train the whole body as one system, not isolated parts.

System 1

Movement

System 2

Physiological

System 3

Nutrition

The outcome

Body composition

  • Pain-free, full-range movement
  • A body that performs in training and daily life
  • Composition, including visceral fat, shifts as a result
  • Lower back pain

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Knee pain

  • Hip problems

  • Foot and ankle pain

  • Tendonitis

  • Shoulder impingement

  • Sciatica or radiating pain

  • Fatigue and muscle tension

  • Herniated disc or scoliosis

  • And more!
